Sovereign Mesh™
Zero-trust dark meshThere is no attack surface if there is no public infrastructure.
Traditional security restricts access to ports that are already visible and listening. Sovereign Mesh™ removes visibility itself: no port responds to anything until a cryptographic identity is presented first. There are no inbound firewall rules to misconfigure, no VPN gateway to exploit and no surface to scan.

- 01
No port responds until an identity is presented
Controllers, routers and application services make every connection outbound through cryptographically verified identity tunnels. The fabric initiates outbound only, so an attacker scanning your IP range finds nothing, because nothing is listening.
- 02
Identity, not network address, controls access
Every participant in the mesh holds a cryptographic identity. Access policy is explicit and verified at every connection, not implied by the subnet a device sits on.
- 03
FIPS 140-3, DISA STIGs and PQC Ready at the boot layer
Every node deploys with FIPS 140-3 validated cryptography active at the kernel, DISA STIG hardening applied at deployment and an architecture designed for post-quantum cryptographic algorithm substitution. It is not a compliance posture added after the fact.
- 04
Self-Heal Engine with compliance evidence
Failures are detected and remediated automatically and in order: service restart, identity re-enrollment, control-plane recovery. Every action is logged with CMMC and NIST 800-53 control mappings.
Built for
- Federal contractors
- DoD program offices and Combat Systems requiring FIPS 140-3 and DISA STIG
- Healthcare organizations requiring zero-exposure infrastructure for PHI workloads
Sovereign Mesh Express™
Single-node dark fabricThe fastest path to a production dark mesh is a single hardened VM.
Sovereign Mesh™ is built for distributed, multi-site, multi-customer deployments where dedicated infrastructure nodes are the right choice. Where a single-site, single-node production deployment is enough, Sovereign Mesh Express™ delivers the full dark fabric on one hardened VM: no distributed infrastructure required and no security properties removed.

- 01
Full fabric on one node
Controller, router, dashboard and access layer deploy together on a single hardened VM, configured and production-ready. FIPS 140-3 cryptography and the DISA STIG baseline are applied automatically, with no distributed infrastructure to manage.
- 02
Two deployment modes, one decision
Choose
--corefor a fully dark appliance where the network is the gate and access requires an enrolled Ziti identity. Choose--prodto add a browser-accessible layer with a valid TLS endpoint and single-login authentication, with no VPN client for operators or users. - 03
Operator dashboard from day one
The included management console lets operators create identities, enroll endpoints, manage services and monitor mesh health without SSH access to any infrastructure node.
- 04
Self-Heal Engine built in
Node failures are detected and remediated autonomously: restart, re-enrollment and recovery without operator intervention. Every event is logged for compliance audit.
Built for
- Single-site organizations that do not need distributed multi-VM infrastructure
- Federal contractors and healthcare organizations needing a production dark fabric on one hardened node
- Defense and healthcare ISVs deploying isolated, compliant environments for their customers
Sovereign GRC™
CMMC and FedRAMP compliance platformCMMC certification should not require a $50,000 tool or a six-month engagement.
CMMC Level 2 means assessing 110 security controls, producing a System Security Plan, managing a POA&M and handing a C3PAO a complete, auditable package. In spreadsheets that takes months and falls apart under assessment. Sovereign GRC™ handles the whole workflow on your infrastructure, under your control.

- 01
Controls pre-loaded on day one
All 110 NIST SP 800-171 controls and NIST 800-53 Rev 5 are structured and ready for assessment. No configuration and no spreadsheet imports.
- 02
Your tools feed the assessment
Microsoft Intune telemetry maps directly to up to 40 controls. SentinelOne, Splunk, Nessus and other security tool integrations fill in more evidence from your real environment, not from guesswork.
- 03
The SSP and POA&M write themselves
Implementation statements are generated from your assessment data, the POA&M tracks open items with remediation timelines and your SPRS score is calculated automatically.
- 04
OSCAL export, C3PAO-ready
Full OSCAL JSON in the format assessors and authorizing officials use, so nobody asks you to rebuild anything.
Built for
- DIB contractors pursuing CMMC L2/L3
- Defense software vendors pursuing FedRAMP Moderate/High
- Healthcare organizations requiring HIPAA and NIST 800-53 compliance management
The Sovereign platform
One sealed box. A full sovereign stack behind it.
The Black Box sits on the same engineering as the rest of the Intel Cyber Solutions platform, every product designed from the ground up for federal and defense requirements rather than adapted from commercial tools.
Questions
The short version.
What is Sovereign Mesh™?
Sovereign Mesh™ is the zero-trust dark mesh from Intel Cyber Solutions. No port responds to anything until a cryptographic identity is presented, every connection is made outbound through verified identity tunnels, and access is decided by identity and explicit policy rather than network address. Every node deploys with FIPS 140-3 validated cryptography and DISA STIG hardening.
How is Sovereign Mesh Express™ different from Sovereign Mesh™?
Sovereign Mesh™ is built for distributed, multi-site, multi-customer deployments on dedicated infrastructure nodes. Sovereign Mesh Express™ delivers the full dark fabric (controller, router, dashboard and access layer) on one hardened VM for single-site production deployments, with no security properties removed.
What is Sovereign GRC™?
Sovereign GRC™ is a CMMC and FedRAMP compliance platform that runs on your infrastructure, under your control. All 110 NIST SP 800-171 controls and NIST 800-53 Rev 5 come pre-loaded, tools such as Microsoft Intune, SentinelOne, Splunk and Nessus feed it evidence, it generates SSP implementation statements and the POA&M, calculates your SPRS score and exports OSCAL JSON for assessors.
Who is the platform built for?
Federal and Defense Industrial Base contractors pursuing CMMC Level 2 or Level 3, DoD program offices and Combat Systems that require FIPS 140-3 and DISA STIG, defense software vendors pursuing FedRAMP Moderate or High, and healthcare organizations that need zero-exposure infrastructure for PHI workloads or HIPAA and NIST 800-53 compliance management.
